Bryce Canyon has such great energy and beauty, especially if you experience it from hiking the Queen's Garden/Navajo Loop Combination trail. This combo trail is a somewhat shorter hike and not too strenuous, but it gives you one amazing view after another from within the hoodoos. I loved finding the many photography spots along this trail, as it gave me a more level vantage point of the hoodoos.
On this hike, we took it a littler later in the day and enjoyed the low sun rays of the golden hour and sunset within the hoodoos. I was amazed at how stunning the backlighting was, as the light just bounced back and forth between the hoodoos, making it feel and look like they were glowing. This scene caught my eye because of the large, lone tree that seemed to be thriving in such a harsh, unforgiving environment.
